Risk Disclosure & Notes on Performance

                             __________________________________________________________________________

Risk Disclosure: Trading global currencies or trading in the foreign exchange markets (FOREX) is not suitable for everyone. Please carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you based upon your risk tolerance, experience, overall objectives, financial strength and financial resources. Past performance is not indicative of future results and individual returns may vary amongst participants. Investments in foreign exchange are subject to risks, such as erratic market conditions and economic and political instability. This is not a solicitation to invest nor do we provide any investment or trading advice. Please consult your investment advisor and read all risk warnings prior to committing funds.

All trading performance currently shown is hypothetical and as such, hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Hypothetical trading programs in general are benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Substantial risk is involved and you can lose money.

Notes on Performance: All Hypothetical Returns listed are Net of a hypothetical 2 pip dealer spread on all trades in all currency pairs. The past performance information listed in the "Performace Update" represent hypothetical results and depict the potential percent profit gained if you had invested from January 1st, 2003 to present. The percent return is calculated by multiplying the number of pips by the pip value. The hypothetical results shown are calcuated by trading one lot ($100,000 US) of each currency pair, per system, per $200,000 in equity.

Risk Warning

Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

Trading foreign currencies is a challenging and potentially profitable opportunity for educated and experienced investors. However, before deciding to participate in the Forex market, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite. Most importantly, do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

There is considerable exposure to risk in any off-exchange foreign exchange transaction, including, but not limited to, leverage, creditworthiness, limited regulatory protection and market volatility that may substantially affect the price, or liquidity of a currency or currency pair.

More over, the leveraged nature of forex trading means that any market movement will have an equally proportional effect on your deposited funds. This may work against you as well as for you. The possibility exists that you could sustain a total loss of initial margin funds and be required to deposit additional funds to maintain your position. If you fail to meet any margin requirement, your position may be liquidated and you will be responsible for any resulting losses. To manage exposure, employ risk-reducing strategies such as 'stop-loss' or 'limit' orders.

There are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based trading system including, but not limited to, the failure of hardware, software, and Internet connection. GAIN Capital is not responsible for communication failures or delays when trading via the Internet. GAIN Capital employs back up systems and contingency plans to minimize the possibility of system failure, and trading via telephone is always available.
